Blog Hw # 5
I think the main reason these two very different authors chose to reveal or not reveal the truth about their charecters all revolves around how they want their story to be portrayed. I also think it may have a lot to do with the authors themselve weather they are more the silent or talkative type, this can be reflected amoung their charecters. I think one authore wants to leave you wondering and wanting more, while the other wants to give you a deep look into their charecters life and emotions, therefore portraying completey diffent types of storys. The effects are very different in that each story gives off a completely different point of veiw and plot just by giving away a charecters backround, or keeping it closed off, and I think this is the main goal of the authors, to make their storys unique.
